'Being Hitler, an orator or a dictator?'
Well, I guess try becoming an orator rather than a dictator.
What do we term as 'Oratory Skills', what skills comprehend under this? An 'oratory' is well termed as a skill or eloquence in public speaking; through which an orator can move thousands to repentence with the oratory.
Public speaking is an art; and, like every other art, it has to be learnt,in practical and theory. For a man to say that he will never deliver a speech until he has learnt to speak, is like saying that he will never go into the water until he has learnt to swim.
One cannot learn to swim without jumping into the water, and one can never, ever learn to speak in public without 'speaking in public'. In both cases, one has to acquire materialistic gain by practice.
'Neither is a person born orator,
Nor a waiter.
Then who rises greater?
It's the man who segregated the traitor!'
