//recoiling reverberating rhymes// I remember it all vividly Bubbling with flock of people, this world was adorned beautifully The hush of swift vehicles, the gush over winning matches The ever clocking life, from night to the next morning five (Beep beep!) "Oh! (fuming with anger) Can't you see the bottleneck of traffic?" was the daily road chit-chat But, step out now- Roads are as empty as a body laid flat The early morning school time I swear, I prayed that we get a Monday fine Scorchy summers and kinetic drive Tutelages seemed more of a beehive Of all the times I criticized this routine of mine Critical element be nothing apt and fine "I want it all back!" Now echoes in my every rhyme How lately have I, in an outing dined! Serene, calm and stoic You witness your hub hub to be The pandemic turmoil- "Humans, instead of animals, are caged; Shooting ideas to getting engaged!" I picture my world at night Differences in every sigh

What We Need

Image
We can reject everything else: religion, ideology, all received wisdom. But we cannot escape the necessity of love and compassion... Love for others and respect for their rights and dignity; no matter who they are: ultimately these are all we need.

Sending you all sweet souls loving energy 💜 Symptoms of depression can leave for a while and revert back. You may not understand why; you were fine and then you weren't. Something 'small' can trigger it; the sound of a sentence or the scent of something specific. You feel feelings you don't want to feel and you can't put those feelings into words. Fatigue takes over and your entire body feels bulky. Every step feels like you're dragging your feet through solid water. What's real doesn't feel real. What's normal to them isn't your normal and that's frustrating. Your eyes are glassy; tears feel like they are going to flow, but, they don't. You ate thinking, but, are clueless about what are you musing. That's confusing. Your hair gets knotty from the lack of energy to brush it. The cease respiring. Your room gets messy from the lack of energy to clean it. You're either binge eating or eating nothing at all. You questions whether o

When I've been in a dark room, completely aloof from the goodies and sparks of the daylight and I've struggled for that. I have found that (for me), hope doesn't seem like something I have to seek after. In fact, in these times, it's hard to even find the energy- to do much of anything, and, especially, that of seeking hope. Instead, it seems, that hope has more to do with allowing. Opening the door just a bit to let in possibility. The possibility of something better... maybe, a different ending, to something that appears so arduous and so certain. With hope, I truly believe, all things are possible and you are worthy of all the good stuff. 💕☀️

Some days are better, some days are worse. Look for the blessing instead of the curse. Be optimistic, stay strong, and relax! Omnipotently, get enough rest. You can't do it all, but you can do your best.

To the window seat, Long time no see! I have finally figured out that it's not only the school and the friends that I miss, I also miss you and the view you rendered. 'A window to the world'! Do you know how I used to pre-book you for the next day, just like there are no other seats. It almost felt like a movie when I used to be there, watching the trees by passing outside the bus, people working, or vehicles crossing us. The calmness of your lap, would curb all the thunder blazes. And, I always ended up getting scolded for stretching my hands and peeping my face outside. Getting to sit on you felt like an accomplishment, especially when the journey was long. We used to tun for you, as the school bell rang. You probably were one of the reasons, o used to wake up on those chilly, almost numb mornings. We used to play T-D-S on our ways, sing sings, and even, sometimes, sleep comfortably on you after a long tiring day. I wonder what was so special about you. It is perhaps true

Unearthing you suffer from a mental illness, and, that can be disastrous. Most people try to work hard and eavde from it. You try keeping an optimistic slant and strive to maintain a good communication, an equilibrium in relationship with your loved ones, but, itcan be extremely challenging at times. Sometimes, inspite of your best efforts, you may feel gloomy and frustrated, not because of your illness. Such feelings are normal and neither should be depressed nor judged. We reside in a world, where mental illnesses are considered shameful in the society. Woefully, mental illness still appear to carry a certain stigma, a stigma that prevents many sufferers from seeking out help, aid. Sufferers are completely impotent over their illness. The consequence is often, family problems and loss of friendship. We must remember, people suffering from mental health issues need to be felt accepted and loved more than anything. We should stop 'ill-alienation'! They need help as everyone

A relationship is alive only when there's a venn to it. A vent to fume out the anger, and bring in positivity. 🌍 It is when there's a mutual and a shared sense of connection. Otherwise, we are just two people existing in our own worlds. MINGLE, is the word. 👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 For me, 💑 Connections means somewhat, that includes an escapism, a vulnerability. 💞

The Art Of Addressing

Image
Seeking attention, well, is natural and human. Here's a 'Hey' to the arousal-caught prey! There's this arousal, which triggers me from in, Letting me yell aloud, about the concerned thing. The degree of my 'Hey', With the power of 'Y'- Depicts how eager or least concerned I am.. Well, From Hey and Hi: 'a normal address', To Heyy; meaning 'I want you' as a care-nurse; well-dressed. Heyy multiplies to a 'y'- An addition to the family is the last heir, he-triple-'y'.

The Pain And Beauty Of Life Changes

Image
The reason for our suffering is our resistance to the changes in life. And life is all changes. Life is all transformation. While I resist change (and suffer) just like anyone else, meanwhile, I learn, I learn to adapt. I learn flexibility. And, with learning comes realizations. I’ve realized this: "Everything changes, and this is beautiful." The Pain of Life Changes What do I mean that our suffering comes from resistance to the changes in life? Let’s take a look at some things that give us trouble: 1. Someone yells at you at work- The change is rooted in the fact that we expect people to treat us kindly and fairly and with respect, but the reality is that they don’t always. When they don’t, we resist this reality, and want things to be the way we want them to be. And so we get mad, or hurt, or offended. 2. Your 3-year-old (or 13-year-old) won’t listen to you- Again, you expect your child to behave a certain way, adhere to a 'pre-prescribed code of conduc

The Tension Of Opposites

Image
"Have you ever mused about the tensions of opposite?" My mind smashed me hard, with the question, I found hollow at once. "The tension of opposites?" I repeated. "Yes!" As if my mind was counter-posing every dialect of mine. ......... Well.. than, I had to think over it. And, I did too, coming out with a conundrum. "Life is a series of pulls- back and forth. You want to do one thing, but, are bound to do the other, unwillingly. You, I, We take certain things for granted, take, the Nature only; juts in so precise. We do, even knowing, that we should not take anything for granted." "Sounds like a tug of war." I write. Someone may have read it, I guess. "So which side wins?"a witty boy happens to ask me. I smile. "Wins?" (a pause and with a nonplussed glance- "Love." I say. "Love always wins." I smiled.)
Image
I just wanted to tell you, You mean the world to me. Dearest of all, from the family tree. Roots we share common, But, we have never let our love rotten.. Distance and time all we have forgotten. From making me learn how to paddle a saddle, To making me inturn, a girl who knows what matters. You all played an integral role, Bridging the gap knocking every hurdle, row. Here's to you all! I cannot express verbally.. But, yes- I can compose, the love; Which in me dwells... "MY LOVELIES, they are!" (Don't try to snatch them, handling them! Haha, is not your cup of tea.)

Beauty Creators!

Image
Writers and Poets are sensitive beings and our society is the fodder to their creativity. Through their work they reflect our intrinsic fears, insecuritues, flaws, and on good days, our smiles. They are the ones who are remittently engrossed in, "Afflicting the comfortable, and Comforting the afflicted." While we are busy pacing with the crowd, it is these artists, these writers who stand up about issues we may be too numb to talk about. Society as a whole is their muse. Today art is no longer perceived as paintings hung on the wall of a well-lit gallery, like us, it evolved, in various dimensions. Story-telling too got segmented into associated nerves of poetry, painting, musical shows and theatre acts- with both, writers and poets; it's drivers. 'Beauty prevails in the environment, curators just outcast it.' Accompanies this art, is hues! Hues of love, charisma and power- sunny gold, paddy green, royal blue, pink, purple, every colour born out of the seven colou

Magnets

Image
There's this force.. which, attracts or repels; like rebels!  No more, no less- all it does is affects. Attraction to one may or may not be repulsion to other. "Do metals always attract while non-metals repel?" Well, then I am a 'magnet'. You see, we, we all are magnets. Our body is not homeostatic in composition, inspite, it is a magnet; a magnetic fluid! There's something about the universe (hmmm...) that binds us to it... the immense power you think? Well, 'magnets' they are; I believe.  Magnets, not those you memorise in your rote learning. But, those, which binds us, fascinates us, arouses us, triggers us, and, generates this 'un-resistance' kind of feeling in us. This, is a charm. A persona. A charisma. This is a...., a magnet! "You see... I, You, We.... You feel... connections,  They breed. You hear, "why do people fear?" But, you don't see, what's near. You don't feel, what magnets peel. You don't hear, if

I want it all back!

Image
Dear lost me, To all those times when I criticized, yelled out at you- for being natural, pragmatic and functioning holistic rather than preaching my cliché theory of faking being reel, than real. I value you. You are beautiful- you are you; natural, pragmatic and holistical in functioning. But, its, like I have lost that rubilious part of me, somewhere. Somewhere, not to be found now... away from all the densities and destinies of the human town now. I know that I've been tired, but I value being tired now. I know I've been driven into boredom, but, now this has been monotonous. "I agree to equate all the greeds, ill-deeds and wills; would you like to barter it for the times we spent together?" I miss you. I realize, how commanding I have been! I realize how mean I have been! I realize how squeezed I have kept you! I realize that the transparency had been opaque with you! There's always another chance. Would you mind giving it to me? My life is a serial now-

Shades

Image
They allotted us 'labels', making us sit; But not on tables, Are we only meant to be living in these un-attached cables? They referred us 'coloured', forgetting how beautiful this world looks with colours. Our hues of varied intensities- Their chromatography, couldn't sense our love's density. They referred us 'charcoals', tending as if they don't need it, To light up their chilling wintery pit. They referred us 'minority', thus, splitting the world creed into two categories, But, They are not always Mr. Rights, are they?Admist their greed, ill-breed they forgot that if we lead our way- The have to pay for their actions they now sway.

This is religion

Image
This is religion. A girl is pure, she is goddess wealth, She is the master cook, she is the one Who feeds the family, bread. But, Only until her whites turn all red. Drooping stoop is the mentality dead? This is religion. A girl should be sure, after eight stepping out of the house if she endures, "She attracts!" The monster society replies. She should, thus, be in; "And build herself to be thin"; because that's what girls are 'idolized' to be. This is religion A girl is a girl. A boy is a boy. Why can't you just pretend to swap for a day? A girl to be a boy. And, A boy to be a girl. Do you still think the balance wouldn't be null? This is religion!

Fellow Earthy Dwellers, As now Greetings have been replaced by Be Safe and Get Well Soon, Outings have been exchanged for no world cup('s) but for house arrest innings. That was and is for all of us out there. Maybe, it will be continuing for the next few days. Few weeks? Few months? Another thought or an option now gives me goosebumps!!! God knows. But, this house arrest, trust me, is the safest option out there. With doctors continuously warning and alarming us only if we adhere to the rules. They wouldn't have to now 'choose'- between people, amongst sufferers: who to save and who not to? Why don't you save yours and your kiths and kins life yourself? Everyone is a doctor, every mother, a nurse, a healer, a comforter and knows basic precautions to avoid the bad. But, it is now a dilemma for me. Wonder why? Bad is getting Worse, Worse transmuting into Worst and ultimately Worst to a Catastrophic End! The end of human creed, breed, evil-greed and will no sooner m

Dedicated to all the Doctors and Military Arsenals, "Do you believe in angels?" They asked. "Well, I believe in doctors." I grined. For ages, I've grown up; Seeing doctors, their acts held me couped up. Always rushing to the doctor when I got attacked, By diseases or a pathogens stack. For ages, I've grown up; Learning how military has always shown up. If safe-homes are to the citizens, then terrorists and borders are to military, But they have never been arbitrary. Early in the morning, a scorchy summer afternoon, Be it a holiday, a fine Sunday of theirs they doom. Whether it is evening or night, Every trouble of ours is their own fight. Expecting no pay-back rights, For us their infinite, countless nights. They know no greed, no creed; Religion, Caste, Colour and Breed. They will give you a heed, And cater to all your needs. Still you can't abide their single plead? And, that too- 'Chill at home'! Front line warrio
