#LetsStandForACause

It's a pity that a country, which itself lies on one of the most beautiful spots of a shade card, is still obsessed over fair skin and cannot see the beauty, the purity behind it.

Here's a pouring of the viscous liquid of my heart to yours.

To the other being,
I've seen people blindly following codes,
Dress Codes, Bro Codes and other random 'illogical' codes.
Depicting their life's most trodded road.

I've seen people adhering onto colour codes,
Is it a bingo?
That all must match to the puzzle board!
Still, codes!

I've seen people following the lingo codes,
Well, language codes they're.
Moulding the language only, in their own convenient mould(s).

I've seen people following religion code,
The most omnipotent one, I must say-
A Brahmin is supposed to marry a Brahmini,
A Sikh to be hooked to a Kaur,
A Christian ought to tie the knot to another Christian.
Why is it so?
Though, we are now open to inter-caste marriages,
But it is a woe that we still aren't letting our mindset open and horizons broaden-
Thereby restricting them to mingle to other' of their own kind.

It's a pity.
We have shade cards, before the hard print of marriage cards;
We have makeup studios,
To exaggerated outer beauty, but what about the purity and cleansing of inner beauty?
Why don't we have parlours for it too?

Well,
I have tonnes to pen. My pen can still bleed ink, it will never run out of it.
But, here's to you!
You pick up the cards, or, swords to fight against the society-divided norms.

Let's witness their mentality change (if you're influential enough) or gaze sitting hand on hand at your changing opinions (if they take over you).

What's are you still waiting for?
