Colours- spices to the recipe, 'Mood'

A world chromatic or achromatic, if asked; which one would you prefer? Well, for most of us, it would be the bright, colourful one. Each piece of it being a mirror, radiating love, light, leak, optimism. And, omnipotently; a spectrum of rainbow colours, alike prism.

For an instance, now if I say, "Let's all try and lead a melody, a life of 90's- excluding all the colours from our present life." How many of you would nod to this? Rarely one would, right? We can't imagine working, walking or living a day blind-folded. At this point, do you realize the value of colours? We, humans are indeed blessed to live a life of shades. These colours are of prime importance in every sphere, of human life- ranging from one's mood to preferences.

And, just alike shade cards they range from having a piebald of- hues, intensities, densities, wavelength and a lot more. The shade you relate to the most and the least is categorized under your personality trait. Intriguing, right? For me, the concept of colours has a while new world, which I've fantasized.

Colours, a tactile medium are the basics to any field. Be it medical, school, personal or organizational. You may be awe-struck if I say, "While treating children with Psychological Disorders, the therapeutic practice that is applied on them is- Expressive Arts And Movement Based Therapy and to add onto, Colours are used as a primary source of interaction. Due to some advantages they possess-
1. They are tactile.
2. They arouse feelings of safety and possessiveness.
3. They trigger the dormant state of mind in children.
4. They are a source of knowing their insight, without actually letting them be aware of the procedure.

Well, do they trigger a sense of arousal in you? Feel them!
Colours, ah, such a pleasing word.
