Human life is another name to a counter operation, dangling between the pendulum of uncertainty and certainty. Nothing is certain, everything is uncertain. Regardless of what it is, don't take it for granted.

A good life is made up of a series of little goodies wrapped in essential goodness. Of moments of entrusting with an abundance of uncertainty. Of not fearing it. Of allowing ourselves to move forward. To take the next faithful step. It is in the completely unexpected events in life that the Universe pierces before us exposure to how uncertain things have always been. How every step we take is a leap of faith. How it brings a moment of transition.

Introspect. Notice your bodily wavelengths on encountering the word, "CHANGE". Do you feel a little rush of stress? The tingling sensation of anxiety? If so, it is because you've begun associating change with a negative experience. Some changes are subtle to be left unnoticed. While others, so drastic that we tend to notice the abrupt difference.

From Certainty to Uncertainty and Uncertainty to Certainty, humans change. Change isn't always bad, we have just gotten habituated to noticing it's bad. Notice the kindness. Examine the good. Certainty is assur-ity. It is a sense of security. What's one of the good changes you can implement today? Be cent per cent sure about it. Don't escape your choice, stick to it. Cultivate change like a child. Isn't it beautiful, how a child grows from a baby to an adult? Likely, change is the seed sown in everyone's life. Nurture change with Acceptance, Love, Care, and Attachment. Notice it grow. Grow for good. You'll experience that, when infused with love, change is not scary at all.

We can initiate healing our relationship with uncertainty when we divert from our pre-conceived way of viewing and tacking change. Change is a fact of nature. Seasons change, population changes, and humans change too. But remember, we are not only a by-product of the things that happen to us but also of the things that we choose to act upon. Choose wistfully!
