My Experiments With Maths

Image
People often say, "You don't create your rivalry, they're born for you, with you, along the day you're born." And, sometimes till my Class 10, what I always pondered on was, that same is the instance with 'me and maths'. If left aloof, in a room, we would create world history, haha; yeah, if not maths, at least, I, would have definitely done World War III with him (and to everyone's surprise, if you're thinking, why have I used 'him' instead of 'her' or 'it'. Or that am I so sure that 'Maths' is him, because subjects are 'it'. Yeah! I'm pretty sure, because 'her' understand understands 'her' and in my context only if Maths was 'her'. He would have understood that I'm over with it and not to check my tolerance on repeated circumstances.) 'Teachers I've tried countless, but all in vain; they declared, teaching mathematics to 'The Khushi' was vainless as she was ba...

Not everything that goes around, comes back.

'When I was five, I didn't threw dice; I fervor being aloof, yet people didn't regard me sugar and spice, Instead topped me with the cognomen of everything nice." Memories as sages of historic ages said are pristine, keep them in sync with your hymn are all those only a bygone of a passage of time? I rhyme, still its my own mind. As clear as a crystal, it's not a reminiscence if you're pondering on; a souvenir as one quotes, that's what today I embark on. Ah! I have a lot to narrate, but wait you'll not tell that all I'm doing is orate. Let me take you to my nostalgia; of a sixteen years old me, a 2003's damsel. Roads having a block like motif, yes, that's where I was born, where I dwell. 'Memories', heaped up as stocks of velum in my mind. Yet, I'll not overtly blurt out all of those. But the one's which held, holds and will always hold me to goosebumps. Yeah! People, including those in my own fambam; my clan members ...

Smile-a-mile :)

Image
'When words are hard to come by, a smile can work wonders.' Sometimes, I muse, I muse what's the therapy; the therapy of leading a consistent, a gaiety life. But what strikes back on my visage is a grin, yes, a grin! That's what we call 'what goes around, eventually comes back'. 'Smile' let's travel miles! Smile as an expression is a caricature of pleasure, socialibility, happiness, joy or amusement and its degree varies from individual to individual. Some people tend to show utter excitement and go nuts over it, they are those people like me ;) yes, I don't smile, I grin and to all those like me, we grin! So, lets grin on this note 😁! But we also encounter 'the smile-only' ones, they reflect their impalpable excitement in a different yet ardent and dexterous way. 😃 It's hue, it's insane! But how many of you smile a 'Duchenne Smile'? Ok, let's try one. A Duchenne Smile is a smile engaging the muscles around the mo...

Oratory Skills

Image
'Being Hitler, an orator or a dictator?' Well, I guess try becoming an orator rather than a dictator. What do we term as 'Oratory Skills', what skills comprehend under this? An 'oratory' is well termed as a skill or eloquence in public speaking; through which an orator can move thousands to repentence with the oratory. Public speaking is an art; and, like every other art, it has to be learnt,in practical and theory. For a man to say that he will never deliver a speech until he has learnt to speak, is like saying that he will never go into the water until he has learnt to swim. One cannot learn to swim without jumping into the water, and one can never, ever learn to speak in public without 'speaking in public'. In both cases, one has to acquire materialistic gain by practice. 'Neither is a person born orator, Nor a waiter. Then who rises greater? It's the man who segregated the traitor!'

Breath Toxics!

Image
(Inspired by my true incident of today. Not reel, it's real!) (aaachoooo...) It was 8 PM, and my kinetic bumped the speed-braker. 'Oh! That was tough.', I heard the inner me. "Smog here and smog there, Oh! It was Smog everywhere." Yeah! That's the by-product of your Go green, go clean Diwali, the eco-friendly Diwali and soooo on blah! blah!! blah!!! that many of you made beforehand. But all the needles turned their course I guess, ha, it's eerie that, we, humans, cannot control! Yes, we can't, we can't control our pangs for hunger, greed for ill-breed and our cat and dog race for breadwinning. Day in and day out we lie, to ourselves, "We are the change the nation wants to see. Good Night. Let's start tomorrow (insert optimism)." And there shone the bright sun next day, your brain triggers you with stimulus of your yesternight's pinky-promise. But, after littering half-a-spoon unused fruits, we try to consolidate ourselves (that ...

Catastrophic Climate Change

Image
"Thunder! Climate change casts its blunder, What 'folks' its no more a hoax; Alarming weather as clever as a fox." 'Climate Change' implies to a long-term shift in global or regional climate patterns. According to a study, we are on such an alarming state that by the end of 2020, the climate of India would be the highest amongst all the countries of the world. Melting of polar caps, untimely weather fluctuations, extremeties in each type of climate (be it summer, winter, monsoon) are all a by-product of this catastrophic climatic change. According to Newton's third law of motion, "Every action has an equal and an opposite reaction." Similar, is the instance here, the human action of reckless felling of trees, forest fires etc. has lead to the reaction of various hazardous and poisonous gases (methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide etc.) as a by product which catalyses our Ozone layer and has caus...
